WHAT WE OFFER: We package any material into any type of packaging. These includes basic corrugated or window box packaging; blister and clamshell packaging; polyethylene bags; fin-seal overwrapping/flow wrapping; insertion of various types; and shrink wrapping. Each packaging method comes with many closure options, from ultrasonic heat seals to glues to staples to tape. Because packaging options are so varied, we also assist your team to design packaging, complex or simple, for maximum efficiency and presentation.

Our goal is to match our methods to your needs. If you need speed, we can provide it. If you need to work within a budget, we can work with you to do so. If you need design assistance, we create packaging designs with you. And our intensive focus on quality control ensures a perfect finished product.

APPLICATIONS: Red Robot can create packaging for applications in automotive, toys, music, furniture, rubber and plastics manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, consumer products, pharmaceutical and aviation.

ADDITIONS: We provide a variety of value-added services to your completed packages, including adding bar coding, RFID tags, compliance and information labels. Exterior identification is achieved through direct labeling or ink jet application. Labeling can be in-line and can include bar coding tailored to your needs.

TRACKING: All finished goods are bar coded upon request according to our customer's needs and specifications in order to ensure proper packaging, tracking and distribution of products.

MULTI-LEVEL SERVICES: We offer multi-level services, such as packaging followed by kitting followed by serial number application. You choose the applications you need for your products.

 
PACKAGING

PACKAGING WORK WE DO: Many manufacturers of small items do not want to offer individual items for sale, but do not want to sell in bulk. Blister packs are ideal for these customers; we create them both individually and on clip strips. With a cardboard backing and a clear front for product presentation, we maximize shelf impact while creating efficient sale patterns.

Another common packaging method is shrink wrap, using plastic bags or film heated at mildly elevated temperatures, is ideal for bundling multiple items and for creating tamper-evident coverings. This is a frequent solution for printed materials, CDs/DVDs, and cosmetic items.

We also work with vacuum formed and thermoformed packaging. Whether its a note pad, a gift box of dog treats, a bundle of pharmaceutical products or a promotional item, Red Robot can accommodate your products and production schedules.

Finally, we provide you the option of storing your finished packages or to-be-packaged components in our facility, allowing you to avoid investing in unneeded space and to have products readily on hand when packaging is required.
